To further enhance the security of FAMILY YEE's confidential information and customer data, the company is implementing Cloudflare Access to protect all administrative files and internal web pages starting immediately. This change is an additional access control measure adopted by the company to prevent unauthorized access and reduce the risk of data breaches.

- 受保护内容范围
所有存放于公司内部文件库、行政公告、合同样本、人事资料及相关后台管理页面将通过 Cloudflare Access 进行访问控制
- 访问方式
仅限具备公司授权凭证（例如公司邮箱、单点登录 SSO / 多重身份验证）的人员可取得访问权限。外部合作方与客户需由相关业务单元审批并发放临时授权。
- 安全功能
Cloudflare Access 将结合身份验证、多重因素验证（MFA）与最小权限原则，确保仅合法用户在合适权限下读取或下载文件。
- 对用户的影响
若您需要访问受保护文件，请使用公司指派的账号登入，并依系统提示完成多重验证。首次登入或权限申请可能需与部门管理员核验身份与需求。

- Protected Content Scope
All content stored in the company's internal file repository, administrative announcements, contracts, personnel records, and related backend management pages will be protected by Cloudflare Access.
- Access Method
Only authorized personnel with company credentials (e.g., company email, single sign-on SSO / multi-factor authentication) will be able to access the protected content. External partners and clients must obtain temporary authorization through the relevant business units.
- Security Features
Cloudflare Access will integrate identity verification, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and the principle of least privilege to ensure that only legitimate users can read or download files within their appropriate permissions.
- Impact on Users
If you need to access protected files, please use your assigned company account to log in and complete the multi-factor verification as prompted by the system. First-time logins or permission requests may require verification of your identity and needs with your departmental administrator.
